4. Approve website and go live

As we build the website, we’ll invite you to a private staging site where you can make suggestions and comments directly on the site. Once we get your final approval — your website goes live.

Website Design FAQ

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • How long will it take to complete my website?

    Our standard timeline is 7-30 days to complete a website. However, the project scope and pace are determined primarily by you. The quicker you can provide content and respond with feedback, the sooner we’ll be able to complete your website.

  • What does "Unlimited Website Edits" mean?

    During our project kick-off, we’ll determine the general layout and branding of your website. Once the site is approved and goes live, we’ll be able to make unlimited standard changes to text, colors, and photos.

  • Do I need to pay for hosting?

    We include hosting in all of our plans and make sure your website is optimized for security and speed. Our plans also include daily backups of your website.

  • When do I pay for my website?

    We require 50% of the setup fee to be paid before we begin working on your site — between steps 2 and 3 of our process. You’ll pay the remaining balance before we take your site live on the internet.

  • When do I start paying the monthly fee?

    You will be required to start paying your monthly hosting and maintenance fees 30 days after we have started on your website, or when your site goes live, whichever comes first. We do this to encourage you to provide us with everything necessary to complete your site in a timely manner.

  • Will my website be mobile-friendly?

    Yes! We’ll design your website to look great on any screen size.

  • What is your design process?

    Your feedback shapes the website design and development process. During our project kickoff, we’ll ask you a lot of questions about your goals, and we’ll get a feel for what you want and like. We’ll also ask you to provide some examples of websites that you like that we can use as inspiration for your website.

  • What SEO is included with my website?

    If you choose a plan that includes the SEO Kickstart, we make sure every web page with SEO-infused headlines, titles, and meta descriptions. Our websites are built with SEO in mind and are an excellent foundation for our additional SEO services.

  • I need something that I don't see here.

    If you can dream it up, we can create it. We have experts a phone call away to help with your unique project.
